At Tokichat, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and products that meet our clients’ expectations both in Saudi Arabia and internationally. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund request is necessary. Below is our official Refund and Returns Policy:

Refunds

1. Refund Window:

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase or activation, provided the service has not been fully utilized.
  • After 14 days, refunds may be granted only under exceptional circumstances evaluated by Tokichat’s support team.

2. Refund Conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within the refund window.
  • The system must not have been used or technically/operationally customized, including but not limited to account-specific configurations, code-level modifications, or any custom setup.
    If the system has been partially or fully used, or any technical customization has been performed, the refund will not be applicable.
  • The request must be sent to support@tokichat.ai with account details and the reason for the refund.

3. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • For bank transfers, the customer must provide accurate banking information.

4. Non-Refundable Services:

  • Subscriptions after activation and usage.
  • Custom technical or development services.
  • Any integrations or setups completed based on client specifications

Additional Clauses:

  • Tokichat reserves the right to modify this policy at any time in accordance with local and international laws.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights in Saudi Arabia or your country of residence.
